Reservations for the use of the Gretna Fire & Rescue (GFR) building are granted on a first come, first served basis. Date(s) of use are subject to cancellation with short notice due to emergency circumstances as determined by GFR Leadership.

1. GFR is not responsible for any injuries and/or accidents that may occur within the property. USE OF BUILDING & GROUNDS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
2. Person(s) using the building are responsible for cleaning the facility after use. All trash is to be taken to the dumpster behind the building. All floors are to be swept and mopped if any spills occurred.
3. Use of the building is limited to the large meeting room, kitchen, cleaning supply room, and bathrooms. All other areas of the building are off limits.
4. Use of tobacco products, vaping, alcohol, and illegal drugs are prohibited within the building.
5. No one is allowed to enter a Fire or EMS apparatus, unless a GFR member is present and supervising.
6. Use of the department telephone is not allowed.
7. Attendees should use all available parking spots. At no time should any Bay Doors or access to East Gretna Rd be blocked.
8. Building and property is under 24-hour video surveillance. Any theft of property will be reported to local law enforcement.
9. Heating & Air Conditioning should be left at 72°F upon departure.
10. Any decorations must be hung using temporary methods only (e.g., tape). No nails, staples, or permanent adhesives.
11. Building Use Fee: $200.00. Payment must be made prior to the date of use. A $50.00 cash security deposit is required and will be returned upon full compliance with this agreement.

By signing below, both parties agree to the conditions above. Failure to adhere to this agreement may result in denial of future use of Gretna Fire & Rescue facilities.
